Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team
Builds and leads a small team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects
Manages his/her team’s projects profitability and cashflow
Acts as a project manager of owned projects
Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles
Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
Recruits and selects high performers, develops talent, and recognizes performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience of which a minimum of 6 years is in Software Project Management
Previous team leadership experience is required
