Everything You Need to Know

The steps of the recruitment process are as follows:
  • Step 1: Phone interview with one of our recruitment specialists
  • Step 2: Online assessments through online platforms
  • Step 3: HR interview at the company premises
  • Step 4: Functional interview at the company premises
  • Step 5: Final presentation at the company premises
The whole recruitment process takes around 2 to 3 weeks.
In order to facilitate our recruitment process steps, the required pre-employment assessments are offered online through two different platforms. They consist of:
  • 1 hour general assessments covering cognitive abilities, personality and English language.
  • Functional assessment depending on the position you are applying for.
  • If a technical issue occurred while taking the general assessments on Hireselect, access and enter the event ID you received. Next, you will be redirected to the last part you reached.
  • If a technical issue occurred while taking the technical assessments on Codility, send an email to with your issue, and the support team will fix the issue and contact you.
  • For further assistance, send an email to with your inquiry.
In case you didn’t successfully pass any of the recruitment steps, you can re-apply after 6 months by checking available vacancies and applying through the website.
