Software AG collaborating with Sumerge towards KSA’s digital transformation

In a collaboration with Software AG, Sumerge will be delivering to the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a Business Process Automation solution for the National Information Center as part of the country’s digital transformation project. The solution will include the automation of 3 main processes related to employees onboarding, and will also manage employees access rights and access cards as well as employees security in the system and buildings. The Business Process Automation solution will be executed using Software AG WebMethods Server and IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) technologies.The National Information Center provides IT solutions and services to the Ministry sectors and other government agencies in various parts of the Kingdom through its branches in the Kingdom’s regions, making it one of the largest IT centers in the Middle East.
