Sumerge and HRSD Mark Key Digital Transformation Milestones and Showcase New AI Solutions at LEAP

Sumerge participated in LEAP as the strategic digital transformation partner of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), marking the official launch and showcase of several digital initiatives developed to advance the Ministry’s services.

During the event, HRSD launched the Social Development Platform and the Virtual Branch for Social Development, in the presence of leaders from the ministry and Sumerge team.

Sumerge also presented a live demonstration of the AI-powered Inclusion and Empowerment Agent, alongside Ma'ak, the Unified Employee Application.

These advancements strengthen HRSD’s digital ecosystem, improving how beneficiaries access and experience services while enabling employees to work more efficiently.

As HRSD’s strategic digital transformation partner, Sumerge works closely with the Ministry to design and deliver the technology behind these initiatives, supporting the continued development of digital government services in line with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
