Sumerge and HRSD Renew Strategic Partnership for Social Development Transformation

Sumerge and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) have renewed their strategic partnership during LEAP, the global tech conference in Riyadh, reaffirming a shared commitment to advancing Saudi Arabia's social development services in line with the ambitions of Vision 2030.

The renewal reflects HRSD's continued trust in Sumerge as its strategic digital transformation partner, built over years of collaboration that have included the successful delivery of national projects such as the Social Development Platform and the AI-powered Inclusion and Empowerment Agent, and marks the beginning of a new phase in their work together ,one centered on reimagining how government serves its beneficiaries with Agentic AI as a central focus of what comes next.

As part of this next phase, Sumerge will work with HRSD to strengthen the governance of AI efforts, build internal capabilities, and develop intelligent solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and the beneficiary experience all in line with HRSD's broader mission of building a more responsive, human-centered social development system for the Kingdom.
